Where plastics ends, we do not.
Mechatronics is the stage where most plastics processors start buying in. We do not: winding, magnet overmoulding, electronics potting and final assembly are done in house — through to the CAN-capable, tested assembly.
The difference shows when something does not work. If motor, electronics and housing come from three suppliers, a deviation first costs time in assigning the cause. When winding, potting and assembly sit in one house, that assignment disappears.
We build permanent-magnet synchronous machines with field-oriented control and CAN bus connectivity, sensor grips with hand detection and LED feedback, and overmoulded plug connections. Windings, bearings and magnets are overmoulded and potted in house — sealed assemblies resistant to shock and moisture.
That this holds up is shown by our own products: the electric transport trolley E-Waran runs on exactly this platform. What we build for ourselves, we also build for OEM partners.
Everything between blank and CAN message.
Coil winding in house
Windings are made here, not at the supplier's supplier — including design and testing.
Bearing and magnet overmoulding
Magnets and bearings are overmoulded directly. That replaces bonding and joining steps and keeps the rotor dimensionally stable.
Electronics potting
Thermal, mechanical and against moisture — electronics survive environments where connectors usually fail.
Overmoulded plug connections
IP-sealed transitions without additional sealing elements.
Final assembly with EOL test bench
Every assembly passes an end-of-line test bench before it leaves the house.
PPAP and IMDS
Sampling and material data as usual in the automotive environment.

Technical feasibility check
We look at your CAD data and tell you what is manufacturable — and what is not.
Toolmaking and moulding from one source
Tool concept and series process are developed in the same house, with no handover losses.
Quotation
You receive a sound quotation with tooling cost, part price and schedule.
A named contact
One name, one direct line — from the first call to series production.
Let us talk about your assembly.
A specification, a sketch or an existing sample is enough — we will tell you what of it we can build.
